As of April 22/03 im putting up a new recipe i recently tried. Its called Coffee squares, kosher for Passover.
You'll need:
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups of sugar
3/4 cup of oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. coffee mixed with 1 tsp water (i used hot)
3/4 cup of potato starch


Beat the whites, add the sugar

Beat the yokes add the oil and vanilla.

add the potato starch to the yoke mix, continually beating.

mix whites and yokes together, beat til homogenous.

bake in 9 x 13 pan for 35 min at 350 degress farenheit.
